Application Forms

Blank applications for various permits may be picked up at the Permit Department and in some cases may be mailed or faxed to the applicant. Forms may then be completed and returned with the proper fees and any other required additional information. Applications may take up to ten days to be processed depending on the complexity of the activity as well as the research or inspection required.
